About Me
My love of women and children launched my career as a nanny and doula in my early 20's. I've been working with birthing women, mothers and families for 15 years. I have two daughters of my own and am proud to support women in person and via distance.

Services
Pre Conception Consulting: $80
For those ladies on top of their conception game, I'm pleased to offer two-hour sessions on pre-conception nutrition and fertility awareness. 80$
Birth Doula Package: $1500
Prenatal Visits
We'll meet a minimum of 3 times before your due date to establish a rapport and prepare your birth preferences. Â We'll talk every thing from pre-natal nutrition to nursery planning and infant sleep. I'm there to help every step of the way.
Birth Support
At home or hospital, I am 100% available as soon as you need me.  My goal is to aid in an intimate, loving experience for you, your partner and baby. It is my job to make sure you're informed and knowledgeable about options that come up during the birth process.
Postpartum Planning &Â Support
Those sacred days with a newborn are always surprising. We'll work together to come up with a plan for lactation support and postpartum care as you welcome your little one.
Post Partum Support: $30/hourly
Placenta Encapsulation
It sounds crazy, but it's one of the best post partum supports available. I can process in the style of Traditional Chinese Medicine or raw, your choice.  $175

Sasha gracefully swooped in and suggested a side-lying position, which gave him the view he wanted but also allowed my body to open more and minimize my pain and tearing.
